Ingredients

For the Sangria:
2 cups strawberries, sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
2 cups grape juice or cranberry juice
1 cup orange juice
1–2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional)
2 cups sparkling water or lemon-lime soda

For Serving (Optional):
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, orange slices, and lemon slices.
  • Pour in the grape juice (or cranberry juice) and orange juice. Stir gently to combine.
  • Add honey or sugar if desired, adjusting sweetness to taste.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
  • Just before serving, add sparkling water or lemon-lime soda for a refreshing fizz.
  • Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
