  • 1 cup mashed potatoes (with butter and milk)
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a frying pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sauté beef strips with sliced green bell pepper. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and tender (about 5–7 minutes).
  2. Boil peeled potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash with butter and milk until smooth; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Steam or lightly sauté carrots and green beans until just tender (about 4–5 minutes). Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. Assemble your plate: scoop mashed potatoes on one side, add the beef strips next to it, then arrange steamed vegetables on the other side.
