  • 2 oz unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup Greek-style yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

  2. In a mixing bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.

  4. Stir in Greek-style yogurt until smooth. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
