  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika in the slow cooker.
  2. Place chicken on top of the potato mixture and season with remaining salt and pepper.
  3. Whisk together the Parmesan garlic sauce and water; pour over chicken and potatoes.
