  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef and breadcrumbs thoroughly.
  3. Add milk and egg; mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. In another bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and jalapeños to make the filling.
  6. In a loaf pan, press half of the meat mixture into the bottom. Spread cheese filling over it and top with the remaining meat mixture.
  7. Brush barbecue sauce over the top and bake for about 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  8. Allow resting for 10–15 minutes before slicing and serving.
