  • 3 3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour

  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter (for brushing)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/3 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar (for filling)
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter (for filling)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract (for filling)
  • 1/8 tsp Salt (for filling)
  • 1/4 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs (finely crushed)
  • 2 Large Egg Whites (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar (for meringue)
  • 1/8 tsp Cream of Tartar
  • 1/8 tsp Salt (for meringue)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract (for meringue)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine lukewarm milk, water, yeast, and sugar; let sit until frothy.
  2. Gradually add melted butter, salt, and flour; knead until smooth.
  3. Place dough in a greased bowl; cover and let rise in a warm area for about 30 minutes.
  4. Prepare the filling by melting chocolate chips, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, butter, vanilla extract, and salt over low heat until smooth.
  5. Roll out risen dough into a rectangle; spread ganache evenly on top and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Roll tightly, cut into pieces, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Whip egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form; spread meringue on rolls and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
