  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1½ tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs until hard-boiled. Let them cool before peeling.
  2. Cut each egg in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Blend with a hand mixer or fork until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into each egg white half and sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
  5. Arrange on a serving platter and enjoy!
