Ingredients

  • 2 inches raw Ginger (peeled)
  • 2 cups Filtered water
  • 1 Tbs Apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 Tbs Raw Honey
  • 2 Lemons (peeled and quartered)
  • 2 Oranges (peeled and quartered)
  • 2 inches raw Turmeric (peeled) OR 1 tsp powdered turmeric
  • 24 cloves peeled raw Garlic (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter all fruits and ginger.
  2. In a high-powered blender, combine ginger, turmeric, lemon, orange, apple cider vinegar, raw honey, black pepper, and garlic (if using) with 2 cups of filtered water.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a mesh strainer into a large bowl to separate the liquid from any pulp.
  5. Pour the strained juice into bottles using a small funnel for easy storage.
