2 inches raw Ginger (peeled)
2 cups Filtered water
1 Tbs Apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
1 pinch Black pepper
1 Tbs Raw Honey
2 Lemons (peeled and quartered)
2 Oranges (peeled and quartered)
2 inches raw Turmeric (peeled) OR 1 tsp powdered turmeric
2–4 cloves peeled raw Garlic (optional)
Instructions
Peel and quarter all fruits and ginger.
In a high-powered blender, combine ginger, turmeric, lemon, orange, apple cider vinegar, raw honey, black pepper, and garlic (if using) with 2 cups of filtered water.
Blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a mesh strainer into a large bowl to separate the liquid from any pulp.
Pour the strained juice into bottles using a small funnel for easy storage.
