  • 2 (10 oz) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (for greasing dish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish with olive oil or melted butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed spinach, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and sour cream.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add this mixture to the spinach mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in your prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 35–40 minutes until set in the center and golden on top.
  6. Allow to cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
