  • 1 loaf refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Fold in mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichokes.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a clean surface and cut into 2-inch squares.
  4. Place about a tablespoon of the spinach-artichoke mixture in the center of each square. Fold the edges and pinch together to form balls.
  5. Arrange the dough balls tightly in the greased bundt pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before inverting onto a plate and serve warm.
