  • 1 1/3 cups cherries (pitted)
  • 1 1/2 apples (Fuji or Gala)
  • 4 teaspoons chia seeds

Instructions

  1. If using frozen fruit, thaw it completely. In a food processor, combine strawberries, cherries, and apples until slightly chunky.
  2. Stir in chia seeds until evenly mixed.
  3. Pour mixture into a mold lined with teflex on a dehydrator sheet. Set dehydrator to 125°F and dehydrate for 4 hours.
  4. Carefully remove the mold and flip the bars onto a dehydrator tray without teflex; continue dehydrating for an additional 11.5 hours until fully dried.
