  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup salted butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • â…“ cup powdered sugar
  • â…“ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz tub whipped topping
  • 36 vanilla sandwich cookies
  • ÂĽ cup strawberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, egg, melted butter, and heavy cream until smooth. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  3. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish and bake for 18–23 minutes. Cool completely.
  4. For frosting, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy. Mix in sour cream and vanilla, then fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spread frosting over cooled brownie base.
  6. Pulse sandwich cookies in a food processor until coarse crumbs form; mix with strawberry syrup and sprinkle over frosting.
