  • 4 large croissants (or 8 mini croissants)
  • 8 slices of Havarti cheese
  • 16 slices of turkey
  • 4 tablespoons of apricot jelly
  • 4 tablespoons of honey mustard
  • 1/2 cup of arugula or micro greens
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Everything bagel seasoning
  • Honey

Instructions
