  • 2 Cups Coconut Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Cream
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 68 Tablespoons Nut Butter (almond, cashew, or peanut butter)
  • Mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • Chopped nuts (optional)
  • Shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper. Dry the apples thoroughly and insert popsicle sticks into each apple.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine coconut sugar, coconut cream, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Whisk constantly until melted.
