  • 1/2 onion (diced)
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 6 cups vegetable broth
  • 15 oz canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill

Instructions
