  • 1/4 cup toasted nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pistachios)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled cheese (feta or goat cheese optional)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or white apple vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
