  • 23 chicken breasts (or chicken tenders)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 12 tbsp sriracha
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce and other desired toppings

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with whisked egg, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, dip in egg wash, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking sheet.
  5. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Assemble sliders by placing cooked chicken on slider buns, drizzling with sauce, and adding lettuce.
