  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix (3.9 ounces)
  • ⅔ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled and halved)
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate (chopped)
  • 1½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, chocolate pudding mix, milk, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 34-37 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan for about 30-45 minutes.
  5. Once cooled, arrange halved strawberries on top of the brownies, flat side down.
  6. In a medium heat-safe bowl, place chopped semi-sweet chocolate.
  7. In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm heavy cream and salted butter until bubbly, then pour over the chocolate and let sit for five minutes.
  8. Stir until smooth and pour evenly over the strawberries.
  9. Let set at room temperature for about 90 minutes or refrigerate for about 30 minutes before slicing.
