  • 6 Oz Onion, Chopped
  • 7 Oz Carrots, Slivered
  • 7 Oz Celery, Diced
  • 24 Oz Canned Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 Cups Red Kidney Beans, Cooked
  • 2 Cups White Kidney Beans, Cooked
  • 44 Oz Beef Stock
  • 11/2 Tsp Oregano
  • 11/4 Tsp Fresh Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Flat-Leaf Parsley
  • 1 Tsp Tabasco-Type Hot Sauce
  • 24 Oz Marinara Sauce
  • 4 Oz Dry Small Pasta (Shells, Elbows, Ditalini, Or Other)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  3. Sauté onion, carrots, and celery until tender.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes and cook briefly.
  5. Add red and white kidney beans.
  6. Pour in beef stock and season with oregano and black pepper.
