  • 45 g granulated sugar
  • 100 g coconut milk
  • 150 g heavy cream
  • 10 g vegan gelatin sheets
  • 10 g pandan powder
  • Shredded coconut for garnish

  1. Soak the vegan gelatin sheets in cold water for 5-10 minutes until softened, then squeeze out excess water.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine whole milk, sugar, coconut milk, and heavy cream. Heat gently until warm but not boiling.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in softened gelatin until dissolved. Mix in pandan powder until smooth.
  4. Pour into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 6 hours until set.
