4 Bone-in beef chops (1-inch thick)
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
1/4 cup Fresh parsley (chopped)
2 teaspoons Fresh rosemary
2 teaspoons Fresh oregano
1 tablespoon Lemon zest
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
3 tablespoons Olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the marinade by mixing garlic, parsley, rosemary, oregano, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
Coat the beef chops in the marinade and let them sit for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
