  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 teaspoons lemon juice, as needed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray two 6-ounce ramekins with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix egg yolk, sour cream (or yogurt), oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.
