  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 1/2 cups canned pineapple chunks
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, chicken broth, honey, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch until smooth.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and stir-fry until browned (5–7 minutes).
  3. Add bell pepper and onion; stir-fry for another 3–4 minutes until softened. Incorporate garlic and ginger.
  4. Pour in the sauce and add pineapple chunks; stir to combine and heat through (about 2 more minutes).
