  • 1 approx 15 ounce red velvet cake mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, very soft
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9” baking pan with foil, spraying it generously with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, softened butter, and egg; mix until a thick dough forms.
  3. Press about two-thirds of the dough into the prepared pan evenly and sprinkle white chocolate chips over this layer.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and pour it over the white chocolate layer.
  5. Take pieces of the remaining dough, roll them into small balls, and distribute them on top of the filling before gently pressing down.
  6. Bake for about 28-30 minutes until slightly browned on top; allow to cool completely before slicing.
