  • 2 lbs lean ground turkey
  • 6 oz Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1 1/4 cups whole berry cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, eggs, salt, pepper, sage, and 1/4 cup of cranberry sauce. Mix until just combined.
  3. Line a loaf pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  4. Transfer the meat mixture into the loaf pan and shape it evenly.
  5. Spread the remaining cup of cranberry sauce over the top.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
