Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine the cracker crumbs, sugar, and salt in a bowl, then mix in melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer. Gradually add lemon juice, lavender, sugar, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
  3. Pour filling over the crust and bake for about 60 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
